We’re having to look at our resources differently. It’s just this old structure of focus on just money and the material aspect of it, and it just has this one definition of what it is… And where we step into it as an energy source is the notion that everything is just energy anyways.” - Lisa O’Connor

Those wise words are from this week’s podcast guest, Lisa O'Connor (a.k.a. @aradiantlife). Lisa and I met by chance over social media and I became quite fascinated with her unassisted recovery from Lyme Disease through a holistic practice of healing the mind, body and soul.

So, I reached out in hopes of interviewing her for @style_canada, where I’m now Digital Editor. Years later, we got to link up (virtually) to talk about emotional triggers related to finance (a.k.a STRESS), setting boundaries, and the theories of money as an exchange of energy and time equaling money, all during the height of COVID.

Her resume is impressive, but more than anything, Lisa is a profound speaker. She’s a certified holistic nutritionist and practitioner, she studied social work at the University of South Africa, graduated from NYC’s prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, and is a certified reiki, EFT and TFT practitioner.

Needless to say, Lisa’s experiences and deep intuition have provided her with the ability to breakdown and retheorize concepts that no longer fit the time and space we live in to allow for deeper healing. Lucky for you, dear reader, that’s exactly what she does on today’s episode of $HMONEY Radio

Have you ever wondered about how you can embrace the concept of money as a simple exchange of energy? Have you ever been frustrated by the monetization of time? If you answered yes to either of those questions, this episode is for you.

As Lisa said, “There’s always been this money story that we carry with us, and it’s now getting to a point with everyone where we’re kind of having to write a new story”. If the pandemic has proven anything, it’s that change is inevitable. In other words, the only way to move past is to move forward.

So, if you’re ready to demystify money concepts that may be holding you back, pop in your earbuds. It’s time to rewrite your story.
